Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the appellants is present.  None is present on behalf of respondent.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have entered into compromise outside the court, copy whereof has already been filed on record.  He further states that in the light of aforesaid compromise, the appellants do not want to press this appeal.  He also submitted that the amount deposited by the appellants be released in their favour.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed, as not pressed.  The amount deposited by the appellants with this Commission, be released in their favour.

Let the record be consigned.
