Learned counsel Sh. Mukesh Nautiyal for appellants in person and learned counsel Sh. Siddhartha Manchanda through video call have appeared and filed a compromise.  The signature of both the parties are verified, identified by the counsel appearing before us.  The learned counsel on behalf of both parties has stated that the appeal be decided in terms of compromise.

The above compromise (paper No. 70, 71) is kept on record.  It is hereby verified & accepted and the appeal is decided according to the terms of the above compromise.  The above mentioned compromise shall form part of the decree.  Costs easy.

File be consigned to the record room.

The statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellants at the time of filing the appeal be released in favour of the appellant. The record of the District Consumer Forum, if any, be returned to the concerned Forum after expiry of statutory period.
