1.   Vide his separate statement recorded on 24.07.2024, Sh.Gitesh Sharma, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received demand draft for an amount of Rs.8,21,342/-, bearing draft No.868984 dated 01.07.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant/DH from JD/Accused through their counsel Sh.Kartik Parmod Goyal, Advocate. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that as per the calculation, the decretal amount due towards the JD/Accused as of 24.07.2024 is Rs.8,00,342/-. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the complainant/DH undertakes to return the excess amount of Rs.21,000/- to JD Company by way of bank draft within two days from 24.07.2024. It has been prayed by counsel for complainant/DH that the present execution application be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Kartik Parmod Goyal, Counsel for JD/Accused has admitted the statement of Sh.Gitesh Sharma, Counsel for Complainant/DH.

2.   In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsels on 24.07.2024. The award is accordingly passed

3.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
