Counsel for the parties are present.  Both the matters are listed together.  Today compromise has reached between the parties.  Let the compromise be recorded.

          As agreed by the parties, the petitioner/opposite party will pay  capitalized interest @ 10% per annum till 27.03.2006, the date of closure of  Home Loan Account Scheme and thereafter  @ 9% per annum till its realization.  The said amount be paid to the respondent/complainant  within 30 days alongwith the details of calculation,  otherwise it will carry interest @ 12% per annum till its realization.

          Both the matters stand disposed of in terms of the above said settlement.
