            Parties have arrived at a settlement. Let statements of the parties be recorded:

            Statement of Sh. Sanjeev Juneja, the Respondent on oath:

            My claim against the appellant shall be satisfied in case the appellant pays me in all an amount of Rs. 45,000/-.

            At this stage, the respondent is handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs. 17,539/- vide DD No. 28268 dt. 05.02.2015 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Delhi.

            I have accepted the demand draft of an amount of Rs. 17,539/-, I am ready to receive the balance amount of Rs. 27,461/- by way of demand draft within a period of one week.

            Statement of Sh. Sandeep Srivastava, Counsel for the Appellant without oath:

            I have heard the statement made by Sh. Sanjeev Juneja, the Respondent. I accept the same as correct. I on behalf of my client states that the amount of Rs. 27,461/- shall be paid to the respondent Sh. Sanjeev Juneja by way of bank draft within a period of one week from today. I, therefore, do not press my appeal further.
