Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the applicant has moved an application dated 29.08.2016 to withdraw Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited by the applicant at the time of filing the appeal.

The appeal was decided vide order dated 10.08.2016 in terms of compromise arrived between the parties and the appeal was partly allowed.  The applicant has paid the required amount of Rs. 82,134/- to the opposite party vide cheque dated 24.08.2016 and the opposite party has acknowledged the receipt of the said cheque and has executed the receipt dated 27.08.2016.

Therefore, the amount deposited by the applicant be released in favour of the applicant.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
