                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.45 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Written statement on behalf of Ops no. 2, 3 & 5 filed.

                    This complaint was filed by the complainant on 10.10.2011.  For the last more than one year this case is pending for filing of amended title by the complainant but the complainant has failed to file the amended title despite availing a number of opportunities.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified for filing of the amended title.  This case has already become about 5 year old.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
