Today the case was posted for hearing. But in the mean time both the Complainant and OP has settled their dispute on Dt.09/09/2016 and in the above context, to-day the Complainant has filed a memo stating therein that the T.V. In question in the case is already replaced with a new one and he has received the same and as such he does not want to proceed with the case further.
In view of such above stated circumstance, the memo filed by the Complainant is allowed and accordingly the case is disposed off.
