Mr. S. K. Sharma, learned counsel representing the petitioner under instructions of the proprietor of the petitioner states that the petitioner has no intention to alienate/transfer/sale or create third party    interest   or    any    encumbrance   on   the   flats, possession

of which have already been handed over to the respondents-complainants, who have agitated the matter before the State Commission in regard to the defect or deficiency.

Learned counsel for the respondent is satisfied with this undertaking.  The revision petition is disposed of with clear understanding that the petitioner shall not alienate/transfer/sell or create any third party interest or any encumbrance on the flats, which are subject matter of the complaint before the State Commission.  The order of the State Commission shall stand modified to that extent.

The revision petition stands disposed of in these terms.
