     Moreover, this application for restoration of appeal bearing No.A/06/2595, which was dismissed for default is also not tenable.  This Commission has no jurisdiction to restore the appeal, which is dismissed for default.

     Therefore, on this ground, this application deserves to be dismissed.

     Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

     No order as to cost.
