Heard the counsel for the petitioner. De-hors the outcome of the present revision petition, on the petitioner directly remitting a sum of Rs.7,000/- to the respondent by means of a demand draft within four weeks, to meet the travel and allied expenses in connection with present proceedings, notice on the application for stay and on the revision petition be issued to the respondent returnable on 05.04.2013. In the meanwhile, the concerned District Forum to whom the complaint has been remanded back for deciding the complaint on merits, may proceed with the matter but will not pass the final award.
