                   This C.C. Case No. 30/2020 is taken up today for order.  Perused all the documents and so also the order-sheet available on record.  The Complainant filed this C.C. Case No. 30/2020 on dt. 18.02.2020 with a prayer to pay the claim amount of Rs. 30,000/- and also to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- towards mental agony and harassment caused by the O.Ps along with other reliefs.  After issuance of notice by this Hon’ble Commission to the O.Ps, neither they appeared nor filed any written version.  Many dates have gone since dt. 30.03.2020, and even after joining of the President on dt. 16.03.2022, this Commission intimated both the parties to appear before this Commission but neither the Complainant nor the O.Ps are taking any steps to proceed with the hearing.  After repeated intimation, the Complainant remained absent till today and it seems that the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further.

          Hence, the present C.C. Case is hereby dismissed due non-prosecution.

          Issue extract of this order to the parties concerned.
