In our view going by the amount involved, the petitioner was not well advised to challenge the order passed by the Fora below. However, it is submitted that in view of the circular dated 26.05.2006 issued by UGC, New Delhi, the petitioner institute was authorised to register candidates for issuing degrees including MBA (Finance). We accordingly dismiss the revision petition with the observations that the order passed by the State Commission shall not constitute precedent and the question can be re-examined in an appropriate case. Dismissed.
