                   This revision petition arises out of the order dated  06.06.2016  passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Guna (For short District Commission) in Execution Case No.245/13x15 whereby the District Commission has issued following directions:-

                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the impugned

order, the vehicle has been taken by the respondent/complainant. Learned counsel for respondent/complainant submits that he is not in position to give any positive statement.  Be that as it may. No jurisdictional error warranting interference in the impugned order is found.

                 The revision petition therefore fails and is dismissed.
