Vidya Sanitary Vs. Sanjay Gupta etc.

 

Present:        Sh. C.P. Chauhan, Adv. for complainant.

 

1.                 Complaint be registered.

2.                 Today learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on technical ground. Statement to this effect recorded separately.

3.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage. Benefit of limitation period allowed in favour of complainant as per law. Original documents attached with this complaint case, if any, be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same in main case file. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
