After making further submissions, learned counsel for the complainants prays that the complaint may be returned to the complainants for filing the same before the appropriate consumer forum after making suitable amendment in the complaint in regard to the quantum of compensation sought to be claimed.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, we order that the present complaint be returned to the

complainants for presentation before the appropriate consumer forum after reducing its valuation in regard to pecuniary jurisdiction of the such fora within a period of 30 days from today.
