                The complainant in this case last appeared on 08.05.2019.  In between  there was outbreak of corona pandemic and change of Bench.   Even on 12.04.2022, notice was directed to be issued to complainant to advance arguments afresh.  It appears  that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter further.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
