          This appeal has been filed by Shriram City Union Finance Company Limited-opposite party No.1 (Finance Company) questioning the correctness of order dated November 19^th, 2014 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Faridabad (for short, ‘District Forum’). 

 2.     During the pendency of the appeal, parties have compromised the matter. Sanjay Deep-complainant has paid Rs.34,000/- through cheque (Annexure A-6) in full and final settlement to the Finance Company and has received No Due Certificate (Annexure A-7).  

3.      Since the matter has been compromised, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.   

4.      The statutory amount of Rs.2200/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal/revision, if any.
