          This appeal has been filed by Shriram City Union Finance Company Limited-opposite party No.1 (Finance Company) questioning the correctness of order dated November 19th, 2014 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Faridabad (for short, ‘District Forum’). 

 2.     During the pendency of the appeal, parties have compromised the matter. Sanjay Deep-complainant has paid Rs.34,000/- through cheque (Annexure A-6) in full and final settlement to the Finance Company and has received No Due Certificate (Annexure A-7).  

3.      Since the matter has been compromised, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.   

4.      The statutory amount of Rs.2200/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal/revision, if any.
