Cost  of `1,000/- has been paid by the Appellant to the Respondent who is present in person.  Appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.  Counsel for the Appellant has written on Appeal Memo (Exhibit-A) that on instructions of the Appellant Company he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.  Hence, the order:

O  R  D  E  R

    (i)               Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

  (ii)               Amount deposited by the Appellant while obtaining stay be paid to the Respondent directly along with accrued interest on deposit as satisfaction of the award.

(iii)               Inform the parties accordingly.
