ORDER

Complainant and her advocate and Op No.2 are present. Op No.2 who is also representing Ops 1 and 3 Op No.2 has offered a brand new mobile set, in the process of settling the claim of the complainant. Complainant reports the receipt of new set and submits that it is in good condition and she is accepting the substituted set. Counsel for the complainant submitted for directing the Ops to pay compensation towards inconvenience caused. In the deliberation in this regard, Op No.2 offered to pay Rs.1,000/-. The counsel for the complainant demanded for Rs.2,000/- and this forum by intervening suggested to pay Rs.1,500/- for which both parties agreed. Complainant shall return the old set, charger and also accessories on the complainant so delivering the old set, Op No.2 shall issue warranty card to the complainant. Op No.2 submitted that he will pay Rs.1,500/- through cheque while handing over the warranty card. With this, complaint is disposed off as stated as above.
