On 11/09/2015, the OP despite service of notice of complaint remained absent and was placed ex-parte. On the same day the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence in lieu of oral evidence and the case was adjourned to 15/10/2015. However, the complainant reminded absent on that day and on subsequent 3 dates without assigning reasons. It appears that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint. Therefor, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
