Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

          Counsel for OP1 present and reported ready.  Complainant called.  Absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.   The bench clerk is directed to call the case again after lunch. 

          Taken up after lunch.  Complainant and opposite party called.   Absent.  No representation on either side.   The complainant failed to pay costs awarded on 26-06-13 to OP1 on 4-07-13.   Complainant was absence on 4-7-13.   Under those circumstances this Forum posted the case under the caption “Dismissal”.    Inspite of that the complainant did not proceed with his case.   It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest to prosecute the case.   Hence dismissed without costs for non prosecution.

        This the 16th day of July, 2013.
