Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant in view of order no. 8 dt. 27.8.2024.

Complainant has filed one show cause but it is neither verified nor supported by affidavit. Moreso, the reason for asking the complainant for submitting show cause has also not been fulfilled and no evidence on affidavit has been filed by the complainant.

When the complainant has failed to comply the direction of this District Commission, it is crystal clear that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of such position this District has no other alternative but to dismiss this complaint case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result it is accordingly

                                                                        ordered

that the complaint case being no. 190 of 2023 be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
