After going through the materials of this case record it is found that the complainant relying on the USG report of Burdwan Scan Center to prove that the op scan center has committed negligence and unfair trade practice against complainant. But facts remain that Burdwan scan center has not been impleaded as a party in this case.

So, this case is bad for defect of parties.

 As the case is found defect of parties, this case is not admitted.

At this stage ld. Advocate for the complainant voluntarily not pressed the complaint petition.

As the complaint petition is voluntarily not pressed, it is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, the complainant is given liberty to file complaint afresh on the self same cause of action.
