            Parties To The Case Have Filed A Joint Petition Wherefrom It Reveals That Complainant And O.P. Nos.1 And 2 Have Arrived At Compromise Amicably And O.P. No.1 Developer Agreed To Execute The Deed Of Cancellation To O.P. No.2 With Consent And Refund The Consideration Amount And Parties Are Agreeable In This Matter And They Have Sought For A Direction For Execution Of Cancellation Of Deed From This Forum And Have Further Prayed For To Accept This Application And To Pass Any Other Orders As Deemed Fit By This Forum.

            Since The Matter Has Been Amicably Settled Between The Parties, This Forum Should Not Stand In The Way And The Joint Petition Filed By The Parties To This Case Is Hereby Accepted.

                Accordingly Instant Case Stands Disposed Of On The Basis Of Joint Petition Filed By The Parties Dt.29.11.12 With The Direction To The Parties To The Case To File A Copy Of Cancellation Deed Before This Forum For Reference. The Compromise Ptn. Dt.29.11.12. Filed By The All The Parties Of This Case (Joint Ptn.) Forms Part Of This Order.
