Revision Petitioner through Mr. Ashok Roy, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent No. 1 through Miss S. Roychowdhury, the Ld. Advocate are present.  We have considered the contention of the parties and perused the report produced before us.  It appears that by order No. 2 dated 28.02.2008 the complaint was admitted with the direction to issue notice upon recording the perusal of the application for condonation.  We are of the opinion that for consideration of an application for condonation of delay the order disposing the same requires to record the reason why the delay has been condoned or whether delay has found not there.  In such circumstances we are of the opinion the matter requires to be considered by the Forum below for disposal of the application for condonation of delay with reasoned order.  Accordingly the matter is sent back for compliance by the Forum below.  The impugned order is set aside to the aforesaid extent.
