Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is found absent.

No steps has been taken by the complainant even at 12:45 pm when this matter is taken up for consideration.

On call nobody appears for the complainant.

From the case record it is found that even on the last occasion the complainant was found absent inspite of filing hazira and no steps has been taken in compliance of the order of this District Commission.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that the complainant  is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non prosecution.

In the result it is accordingly,

ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
