Revision Petitioner is present through Ld. Advocate Ms. Rita Patra.  Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  The revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.11.2008.  As the certified copy was not produced we called for the LCR.   On perusal of the LCR we find on 19.11.2008 the application of the present Revisionist was not entertained on the sole ground that before admission no application for impleadment to be considered.  In the circumstances the application was not entertained.  We do not find any irregularity in the said order.  It is further contended by the Ld. Advocate on instruction that subsequently the Revision Petitioner had filed an application for impleadment after admission of the matter but neither the order on such application has been produced nor the said order is under challenge in the present revision.  The Ld. Advocate could not refer to such order of a subsequent date in the revision petition.  Therefore, the present revision is dismissed.  There is no order as to cost.
