          Both parties are remaining absent in spite of notice published on the Notice Board of this Commission, the Bar and on the internet.  On last occasion, Advocate Mr.V.G. Kulkarni, perhaps discharging his obligation towards brother lawyer, submitted that he will inform Mr.Sanjeet Shenoy, Advocate for the complainant.  Today also nobody present for the complainant.  Complaint is called out in the morning since it is on Sr.No.1 and again called out at the end of Board.  Complainant failed to prosecute this complaint effectively for long time.  Under the circumstances, we pass the following order :-

                             -: ORDER :-

1.                 Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.                 No order as to costs.

3.                 Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
