On 27.04.2016, the counsel for the Ops had tendered a demand draft of Rs.10,000/- vide bearing No.904982 dated 20.04.2016 drawn at HDFC Bank, Chandigarh in compliance of order under execution application and also stated that order under execution has been fully complied with.

Today the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft of Rs.10,000/- vide bearing No.904982 dated 20.04.2016 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.           

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
