                    Vakalatnama filed on behalf of OP no. 2.  On the request of the parties, their statement recorded separately.  The OP no. 2 is directed to repair the mobile handset of the complainant within 15 days from the date of deposit of mobile handset by the complainant and returned the same to the complainant within 15 days, free of charge.

                    Both the parties shall be bound by their statement.  The complaint is disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
