  As per office report dated 7.12.2020 an amount of Rs. 6,73,140/- has been received from the Hon'ble State Commission in FA No. 658 of 2019 titled New India Assurance Company Versus Balvir Kaur. On the other hand Smt. Balvir Kaur wife of Surjit Singh resident of Village Kalala Tehsil and District Barnala, has made statement on 16.11.2020 to the effect that she has received the awarded amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- from the opposite party No. 3 and she has also received Rs. 5,000/- by cheque and Rs. 5,000/- in cash (in total Rs. 10,000/-) in this Commission on account of compensation as per order dated 6.8.2019 passed by this Commission and in this regard she has placed on record photocopy of her Bank Pass Book. As such, amount of Rs. 6,73,140/- be released to New India Assurance Company (applicant in the present execution application) i.e. the amount deposited by the applicant in FA No. 658 of 2019 in the Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and subsequently the same amount received in this office. Accordingly, the present execution application is disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
