The case is fixed for S.R. & A.D and appearance of the complainant as last chance I/D necessary order will be passed.

No lawyer is found on record on behalf of the complainant who is conducting the case himself but he is not taking proper steps in spite of the order passed on the previous date and a conditional order has been passed therefor.

The Commission thinks that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and he failed to take any step in spite of the conditional order passed on the previous date. The Commission has no option but to dismiss the complaint for default.

Hence it is ordered that the case is dismissed for default.
