ORDER SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN: PRESIDENT This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows: This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The notices issued to the opposite parties were returned with endorsement ‘addressee left’. Subcequently the complainant was continuously absent and no steps were taken against the opposite parties. Hence on 16/03/2022 this Commission issued notice to the complainant for his appearance. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant was present and stated that he is not in a position to ascertain the fresh address of the opposite parties as they have left the premises where, they were conducting business. Hence he has expressed his willingness to not press this complaint. Accordingly the complainant made an endorsement on the complaint to the effect that he is not willing to further proceed with this case. The endorsement made by the complainant is accepted and recorded. In the result the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to cost. A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
