HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE ISHAN CHANDRA DAS,PRESIDENT

          This Miscellaneous Application has been filed for giving direction to the concerned Deptt. Of this Commission to pay the Appellant/Applicant a sum of Rs.4 lakh (Rupees four lakh) deposited by the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 by Demand Draft No. 775421 date 29.3.2018 together with accrued interest as per direction of the Hon’ble National Commission, passed in RP/2455 of 2017 dated 2.11.2018 arose out of F.A. No. 1191 of 2014  . The  Hon’ble National Commission by the said Order directed this Commission to pay the deposited amount along with accrued interest if any, to the Respondent No.1 Nikhat Parveen.

          In view of such direction of  the Hon’ble National Commission, the office is directed to take proper steps to release the said deposited amount and accrued interest thereon in favour of the Applicant of M.A. 19 of 2019 after observing all formalities at once.

          This Miscellaneous Application is thus disposed of.
