Gopal Krishan Popli Vs. Samsung etc.

 

Present:           Sh. Sahil Nirban, Adv. for complainant.

                        Sh. Rahul Sheoran, Adv. for OP No.1.

 

                        Today learned counsel for OP No.1 has made a statement that the dispute in the complaint has been settled between the parties in a sum of Rs.19,435/- subject to return of the refrigerator in question by complainant  and the payment will be made within 45 days from the date of receipt of cop of the order.

                        On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he is agreed with the settlement subject to collect of the refrigerator by OP No.1 from house of complainant.

                        In view of the above, OP No.1 is directed to collect the refrigerator in question from house of complainant within a week from passing of this order and to pay the settled amount within the time prescribed. Accordingly, the complaint stands disposed of being compromised. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
