                   Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the opposite party and as per compromise company is ready to pay the 36% amount i.e. Rs.21,240/- of the price as per invoice/ bill of the LED in question within two months after depositing of LED with Samsung Care and company may be bound in this regard and in default of payment, order regarding interest and penalty may be passed and complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Learned counsel for op has also suffered a statement that complaint may be disposed of as per statement and they have compromised the matter with the complainant and complainant shall have to deposit receipt of deposit of LED, cancelled cheque and copy of adhar card with them on behalf of company. In view of the statements of learned counsel for complainant as well as learned counsel for op, the present complaint is disposed of accordingly being compromised. The op is directed to pay the above said amount of Rs.21,240/- to the complainant within two months from today on deposit of LED and cancelled cheque etc. with Samsung care/ op by the complainant and in case op fails to pay the above said amount of Rs.21,240/- to the complainant within two months from today, then complainant will be entitled to receive the above said amount of Rs.21,240/- alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
