Complainant files  a statement made in delhi gov. mediation and conciliation centre where in the parties have settled the dispute and as per settlement of has promised to pay  RS 60000/- by way of DD or cheque within 45 days of date of settlement.

In case of default of payment in time OP is directed to pay 9 per interest on Rs 60000/- from the date of settlement.

Vide separate statement complainant withdrawn the case as being satisfied and settled.
