                Present:-  Smt.Preeti Sahay complainant.

                   Ms. Sukriti Advocate for OP-1.

           In view of separate joint statement of Smt. Preeti Sahay complainant and Ms. Sukriti Advocate for OP-1 the matter is settled between the complainant and OP-1 and as per the settlement the OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/-(fifteen thousand) to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from today on return of old mobile handset with accessories by the complainant to OP-1. 

 

Order pronounced on   :

• Compliance of the order be made within one month from today.
• Copy of order be sent to the concerned parties free of cost.

• Thereafter, file be consigned to record.
