ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri Naresh Kumar, complainant, settled the complaint with Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (OP-2) for an amount of Rs. 11,000/-, as full and final settlement.  He will handover the washing machine to OP-2 at the time of receiving the cheque/DD from OP.  OP will pay the amount within la period of 45 days.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
