ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Krishti, Counsel for OP-2 has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received an amount of Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand only) from OP-2 as full and final settlement.  He has returned the refrigerator in question to OP-2.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
