Statement of Shri Danish Azeem, AR of Complainant

          I have been authorized to settle the complaint with                   M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited (OP-3).  I have settled the complaint with OP-3 and have agreed to receive an amount of           Rs. 32,500/-, as full and final settlement.  I will return the refrigerator in question alongwith all original documents at the time of receiving the cheque.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Danish Azeem, AR of complainant, have been authorized to settle the complaint with M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited (OP-3) and have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 32,500/-, as full and final settlement.  The complainant will return the refrigerator in question alongwith all original documents at the time of receiving the cheque. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
