Proxy Counsel for OP has placed on record undertaking dated 20.04.2023 signed by Complainant in which OP had already handed over DD of Rs. 24,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement arrived between the parties.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
