The complainant vide his separate statement recorded on 20.02.2020 stated that the compromise has been effected with the OP and as per compromise he is ready to receive the 90% of billing amount and he will deposit the old mobile alongwith its accessories and original bill to the Care Centre. He also give up the other claims in the complaint.
Today, learned counsel for OP No. 1 has made a statement that the compromise has been effected with the complainant and he is ready to give the 90% refund of the billing amount to the complainant within 45 days. It has been further stated that the complainant be directed to submit old mobile, accessories and original bill to the Care Centre.

In view of the above statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised with a direction to the complainant to deposit old mobile alongwith its accessories and original bill to the Care Centre within 15 days from today and thereafter the opposite party No.1 will pay 90 % of the billing amount to the complainant within 45 days, failing which the amount would carry 9 % interest from the date of filing of complaint. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
