Present:      Sh. Gurbaksh Singh , Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Shekhar Kapoor,  Advocate for OpsNo.1 to 3 &5.

                   OP No.4 ex-parte.

                                                         

          Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Ops are ready to refund the amount Rs. 25301/- out of the billing amount of Rs. 38928/-  of the L.ED T.V. in question to the complainant with 30 days subject to deposit of old unit and all accessories at service Center, Kurukshetra. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of Ld. Counsel for the complainant and Id. Counsel for Ops No. 1 to 3 & 5 recorded in this context. In view of the same, Present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
