Complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and the opposite parties will pay the voucher of Rs.1,05,000/-(Rupees One Lack Five Thousand Only) within 30 days. He further stated that he already submitted the unit in service centre and will get the accessory deposited. So he does not want to pursue with the complaint and withdraws the same. 

                    Counsel for the opposite parties also made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and an agreement has been made to give voucher of Rs.1,05,000/-(Rupees One Lack Five Thousand Only) within 30 days. The complainant will deposit the unit and accessory within 30 days.

                   Statement of both the parties recorded separately. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled for Rs.1,05,000/- (Rupees One Lack Five Thousand Only). The Ops are directed to make payment to the complainant within 30 days after submission of units and accessory in company service centre by the complainant failing to which complainant shall be entitled to interest @9% per annum from the institution of this complaint till realization.  

                   Keeping in view the compromise statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
