ORAL ORDER

None present for the Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Adv. Amit Chaukade is present on behalf of the Accused – Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.  He made a statement across the Bar to the effect that in compliance with order put for execution, Accused has paid to the Complainant an amount of Rs.27,737/- and thus, Accused has fully complied with the order put for execution and even the Complainant has returned the defective mobile-handset to the Accused.  He has also filed on record letter of satisfaction dated 10/05/2017 signed by the Complainant.  In view of these submissions made across the Bar by the learned counsel, present complaint stands disposed of as settled.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
