                        File put up before LokAdalat. Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.83900/-(Rupees eighty three thousand and nine hundred only)  and the OP will make payment to the complainant within a period of 45 days. The product should not be physical damage or liquefied. Complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                        Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard and agreed with the aforesaid statement of counsel of company. He has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed of accordingly.

            In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of being settled before LokAdalat with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of 83900/-(Rupees eighty three thousand and nine hundred only)  to the complainant within 45 days from today, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 19.01.2024 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
