                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the opposite party No. 1.

                   Opposite parties no.2 and 3 already exparte.

                   Memo of appearance filed on behalf of OP No. 1. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 made a statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.74,000/- (Rupees Seventy four thousand only) and company will make the payment to the complainant within 45 days. He further submitted that the product should not be physical damage or liquefied and complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard and agrees with the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.74,000/- (Rupees Seventy four thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 19.12.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Complainant is directed to return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care of opposite party no.1.

          Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
