Either side appeared in this case and filed a joint compromise that opposite party will pay Rs 36,499 as agreed amount then this case will be disposed off. In view of the agreement made between the parties opposite party is directed to pay the settlement amount of Rs 36,499 to the complainant within 15 days and after receiving the amount the complainant will return the A/c to the Opp.

                    According on the basis of settlement before the National Lok Adalat this case is dispossed off. Free copy of this order be given to either side for information, needful and strict complaince. Let keep the record in the record room.
